When working with new customers, a primary goal of ours is to make every experience enjoyable. Opening a new customer account is as easy as 1-2-3:

 

  1. Contact us by calling (877) 460-1411 or email info@propharmausa.com.

  2. Complete an Account Application and for controlled substances, a CSEP (Controlled Substance Evaluation Program) Application.

  3. Submit copies of your DEA Registration and/or State Rx License.
